DUTIES: Licensed Mental Health professional to provide therapeutic services in the Child and Family Outpatient Clinic and clinically supervise Children's Therapeutic Support Services (CTSS) and Child Mental Health Case Management (CMHCM) staff. Responsible for participating in CTSS Team meetings, meeting with assigned CTSS practitioners bimonthly, review of client case load, and review of documentation as required by the Minnesota Department of Human Services. This position is responsible for clinical supervision of services delivered by CTSS practitioners in addition to assisting in the employment and performance management of employees. This position will work with the Program Manager of Child Outreach Services.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional and have experience providing trauma assessment and treatment to children and their families. PREFERRED experience providing CTSS professional services, a familiarity with day treatment, and a good understanding of documentation requirements for both DHS & CTSS.
