New Posting Accountant
The accountant plays an integral role in supporting the finance department through maintaining the accounts receivable sub-ledger and grant reporting. They will apply principles of accounting to perform a wide variety of accounting duties.

Community Support Providers will coordinate and provide services for adults diagnosed with a mental illness. Services may include providing ARMHS (Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services), MH-TCM (Mental Health Targeted Case Management), or a combination of both. This position will work closely with all community support services to help clients live more successfully and independently in the community. The successful candidate will work with a multi-disciplinary team of internal and external providers to assess needs and apply interventions appropriately.

New Posting Maintenance Worker
The job of the Maintenance Worker is to provide maintenance services as needed and assigned; assisting in a wide variety of maintenance activities; addressing immediate operational and/or safety concerns; perform routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on agency buildings, along with all other contracted outbuildings for other agencies, mechanical equipment and utility systems, with additional maintenance duties as assigned.

Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation at Yellow Leaf Crisis Center.

Provide assessment, psychotherapy, crisis intervention and consultation for a caseload of children, adolescents, and adults. This is an opportunity to work as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team, providing services to a broad spectrum of clients.

The Mobile Crisis Response Team in Duluth and surrounding 30-mile radius. Crisis response services are provided to people of all ages.

HDC provides a safe environment for people to stabilize while experiencing a mental health crisis that may be an alternative to a hospital setting. Yellow Leaf provides services for adults experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency.

Mental Health Practitioner provides direct support services, including skills training, crisis assistance, treatment plan development, medication administration, group facilitation, and one on one support/interventions, and discharge planning. The provider will work collaborate with the treatment team to collaborate on client care, progress on treatment goals, and referrals for ongoing support and mental health services.

Community Support Providers will coordinate and provide services for adults diagnosed with a mental illness. Provide nursing care to clients with severe mental illness (SMI) in collaboration with other members of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team.

The Certified Peer Specialist (Peer Specialist) will provide behavioral health services that foster supportive peer relationships with clients in the various community support programs. Certified peer specialists are individuals who have had personal experience of mental illness and are trained to be direct service mental health staff. Applicants must have completed the DHS State approved training and be certified as a Peer Specialist.
