DUTIES:

-  The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide Clinical Supervision to the Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Programs.

-  Job duties include individual and group supervision, training, facilitating multidisciplinary meetings, diagnostic assessments, and clinical review of Practitioner documents.

-  This position lends the opportunity for the clinician to maintain an individual caseload of the clinician's choosing.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional.

-  Must have clinical experience providing services to adults with mental and chemical health concerns. 

-  Must have the ability to learn and understand the documentation requirements for ARMHS and TCM.  

-  In addition to having the abilities to work with a culturally diverse population, the MHP must possess the ability to work collaboratively with internal providers and external agencies.  

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

-  Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders and individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and serious and persistent mental illness.

-  Some leadership experience and history of providing clinical supervision is desired.
