Maintenance Worker

Salary: $17.76 - 23.03 per hour (Dependent upon Experience)

DUTIES:

-  Prioritize, coordinate, and effectively manage applicable work orders.

-  Study operation schedules and confers with other staff and with maintenance supervisor to determine when maintenance will least interfere with operation of establishment.

-  Purchasing (with Facilities Manager approval) materials, tools, services, and supplies, necessary to perform the required maintenance.

-  Complete required daily paperwork: maintenance logs, mileage, purchase orders, etc. Implement and perform preventative maintenance where/when appropriate.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  One-year related maintenance experience or combination of training/experience.

-  Must have basic knowledge of buildings and grounds along with basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing as it relates to common building maintenance.

-  HDC will be willing to train in more experienced areas.

-  Must have valid class D driver's license, vehicle insurance and pass background/DMV check.
