SUMMARY:

The Program Supervisor will perform regular administrative supervision to members of the Crisis Residential team. This may include scheduling, performance evaluation, and coaching/training. This position will also provide clinical programing to clients. They will work collaboratively with the Director of Residential Crisis Services and Administrative team to maintain a positive work environment and provide high quality services to clients. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  Fully licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, etc.) or ability to be fully licensed within six months of start date.

-  Must have experience providing evidence based, trauma informed psychotherapy interventions to individuals, groups, and/or family psychotherapy settings.

-  Must have experience providing administrative supervision to mental health professionals or practitioners.
