DUTIES:

-  The Program Supervisor will provide psychotherapeutic services to a full range of clients diagnostically and across the lifespan.

-  Will attend and participate and designate clinical, supervisory, and administrative meetings.

-  Understands state and county regulations to supervise mental health practitioners and/or mental health professionals working with both children and adults.

-  Full-time licensed psychotherapist who is Medicare eligible, to provide outpatient psychotherapy services, program development and supervisory responsibilities to office in rural community.

-  Within claimed competencies, provides psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, adolescents, and children.  Completes diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, prior authorizations, progress notes and other assessments and paperwork as required. 

-  Provides crisis intervention

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  Licensed in the State of Minnesota as a Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT) in an area commensurate with education and that is required to be a Medicare eligible provider. 

-  Experience providing psychotherapeutic services to a full range of clients diagnostically and across the lifespan (children, adolescents, and adults).  

-  Experience collaborating with key community stakeholders and collaborative partners; as well as serving rural, culturally diverse communities.

-  Mileage reimbursement requires proof of insurance and a valid driver's license.
