DUTIES:

-  Fully Licensed mental health professional who provides administrative supervision to the Outpatient Child/Family therapy team. 

-  This position is 50% administrative and 50% clinical. 

-  Program Supervisor will perform regular clinical and administrative supervision to members of the Child & Family clinical team. 

-  Work collaboratively with leadership and administrative teams. 


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

o  Licensed as a Mental Health Professional in the State of Minnesota

o  Must be approved by one of the Mental Health Behavioral Boards to provide clinical supervision.

o  Must have experience providing evidence based, trauma informed psychotherapy interventions to children and families in individual, groups, and/or family psychotherapy settings.

o  Must have experience collaborating with key community stakeholders and collaborative partners, as well as serving culturally diverse communities.

o  Must have experience providing supervision to mental health professionals or practitioners.

-   Successfully complete a criminal background check in state(s) of residence during the past three years.
