DUTIES:

-  Provide front desk/reception support in busy community mental health center. 

-  Duties include answering phones; scheduling appointments; processing referrals; provide provider support; data entry; maintaining computerized scheduling system; checking in clients, completing client paperwork; greet and provide information and assistance to clients & visitors.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 

-  One to two years' experience in an office setting performing a variety of duties.

-  Excellent communication skills and the ability to appropriately assist persons who may be experiencing mental health problems who present at the front desk.

-  Moderate typing skills, experience with Microsoft Office and general office equipment.

-  Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment, excellent customer skills, and able to prioritize workload to meet deadlines. 

-  Attention to detail is a must.
