Salary: $61,812.00 - $82,975.00 (Dependent upon Experience)

JOB DUTIES:

-  Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and consultation on our Outpatient team.

-  This provider will work with all age ranges in a variety of different settings (Schools, Community, and Office).


MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: 

-  Must have an active LGSW or LICSW as required by the Minnesota Board of Social Work. OR have an active LMFT or LAMFT as required by the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy.

OR, Have an active LPC or LPCC through Minnesota Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy. 

o  Those who are on the LPC/LPCC track that have not tested for licensure must test and obtain licensure within the first 6 months of employment.

-  Ability to work with ethnically diverse population required. 

-  Ability to work collaboratively with team and community partners.
