Salary: $17.58 - $23.86 (Dependent upon Experience)

EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL QUALIFIED PERSONS

DUTIES:

-  The program aims to improve the functioning of children in the home, in school, and in the community.

-  The provider will assist families in accessing necessary services to meet mental health needs ofchildren ages 0-18. 

-  Collaborate with clinical team to create, review, and implement treatment plan goals and objectives.

-  Provide individual, group, and family skills training based on the treatment plan in the home, school, and community. 

-  Requires flexible scheduling and some evening work. 

-  Great opportunity to work with a multi-disciplinary team including therapists, psychologists, and child psychiatry.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

-  Bachelor's degree in human services or related field and 2,000 hours of mental health experience.

o  OR high school diploma and 6,000 hours of mental health experience.

-  Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.

-  Ability to submit and pass a DMV/Criminal background check.

-  Strong interpersonal and cultural competency skills.


DESIRED QUALIFICAITIONS:

-  Knowledge of community resources and area providers.

-  Effective time management skills, ability to be self-directed and motivated.

-  Knowledge of employment-related skills and crisis intervention skills.

-  Experience working with adults who have been homeless or at risk for homelessness, have chemical use/abuse issues, and have been involved with the legal system.

-  Experience working with diverse populations.
