DUTIES: The Licensed Mental Health Professional will provide Clinical Supervision to the St. Louis County Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) and Targeted Case Management (TCM) Programs. Job duties include individual and group supervision, training, facilitating multidisciplinary meetings, diagnostic assessments, and clinical review of Practitioner documents. This position lends the opportunity for the clinician to maintain an individual caseload of the clinician's choosing.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be licensed as a Mental Health Professional. It is preferred for the clinician to be independently licensed, however, this is not a requirement. Must have clinical experience providing services to adults with mental and chemical health concerns. Must have the ability to learn and understand the documentation requirements for ARMHS and TCM. In addition to having the abilities to work with a culturally diverse population, the MHP must possess the ability to work collaboratively with internal providers and external agencies.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with individuals who have co-occurring disorders and individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness and serious and persistent mental illness. Some leadership experience and history of providing clinical supervision is desired.
